He is a friendly dog that loves to run. He has been neutered, vaccinated, heart worm negative and given monthly preventative. He does great on a leash but is a little scared riding in a vehicle. Spud is pretty laid back, following me everywhere when he is in the dog yard. Spud has been at the shelter since January 2023.
