Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Monty is crushed.
For a month, his dream came true. He was in a home with two adults and a child who were fostering him. He thought he got the jackpot. We all thought he had found his forever home.
They realized that a small child and a big boy were a lot to handle at one time. Sadly he is back in boarding as we have no open fosters.
He is over a year old and 80 pounds. Don’t let his size fool you. He is a gentle giant. He is fully trained and passed with flying colors. (He is very proud of himself in the photo). He is kennel trained. He can pull on the leash but knows better.
This boy is a gem. He is one I would keep if I could but hoarder is apparently a bad thing. Who knew? He followed the child around like she hung the stars and moons. He tried to eat the rocks she fed him. (She thought they were treats and we did not let him). Bless him for trying to make her happy.
