Rosie and her tiny puppy were going to be left behind in a filthy, trash-strewn lot, without a care if they would survive or not. We made sure they did. Rosie is one of the sweetest dogs you will ever meet. She is friendly, melts at the touch of a hand, and absolutely loves being with people. This wonderful dog would make an incredible addition to a family who would love her and let her love them. We do not know how she is with other dogs, so a meet and greet would be required.
