Ruby was rescued from a shelter in rural Kentucky. Her background is unknown. She arrived at Midwest Cattle Dog Rescue on January 26th. She is a cattle dog mix.

Ruby is a special dog. She loves everyone she meets- kisses and cuddles for everyone! She brightens every room she enters.

She is crate trained, is a very gentle eater, and knows basic commands. She is house trained and great with kids. This girl would be perfect for a family. She also LOVES her cuddle time. Ruby is a huge cuddle bug and will gladly spend most of her day cuddling at your side.

She also loves playing ball and enjoys a good run in the yard. She has an on/off switch that is really impressive. She can go from full speed crazy play to sitting still in one command. She could easily be an agility dog, running partner, or a therapy dog.

She is a really special dog... Located in Lake Zurich Illinois. Come meet her today!
