Notes: Fran caught my eye at the IOW shelter and I couldn't leave her behind. She's a small girl with a HUGE heart. Very cuddly, sweet girl. Submissive and a little shy but very trusting.

Fran loves her people and enjoys other dogs company. She is an absolute sweetheart. She is always down for anything. Fran loves her people and loves other dogs. She has blossomed into a wonderful dog and has been kenneled with an extremely shy dog to help boost his confidence.
