My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Daisy
We are so excited for you to meet the sweet and beautiful Daisy 🌸

Daisy is a 1 year old hound/shepherd mix that was left to fend for herself by an irresponsible owner. One of our volunteers noticed her health declining and asked to take her in, and the rest is history! She came to the rescue underweight but her foster mom is working on fixing that 😉

This sweet hound dog loves belly rubs and kisses, other dogs and all humans! Despite a rough beginning, she is a happy girl that just wants love. She is potty trained and house trained, and loves being a couch potato, but can oftentimes be found lounging in her backyard sunbathing! ☀️

Daisy is a hound, so she has the loud bark and adorable howl that comes with the breed! She would be a great pup for exploring and nature walks - any opportunity to work her nose! Because of hounds’ tendency to roam, she would do best with a secure, fenced- in yard where she can sniff and roam at her leisure! 🐶

This beautiful girl is sweet and submissive and would make a great companion for the right family.
