My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Remi and her brother Winchester  LOVE playtime and would love a playmatet that can keep up with thiem.A home with very young children may not be ideal at this time due to that fact.   She is housetrained and is very smart, but we may be a bit biased. She likes to watch cartoons, listen to music  and also listen to the foster family play guitar.

These sweet pups have been spayed and neutered, microchipped and vaccinated. They are a littel over a year old and are very ready for their forever homes!  Please note you must own your own home due to the breed. No apartments. Please check your municipality rules to ensure you may legally own this breed.

All available dogs are spayed or neutered, micro-chipped, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm tested, and given a broad spectrum dewormer . If you decide to apply for this or another animal, you can complete the application online here https://www.petstablished.com/adoption_form/570/generic We require that all dogs in the home be spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccines, and on heartworm prevention.

Our volunteers would love to talk to you about available pets, but please allow time for them to get back to you, they do this in their free time. Thank you for chosing to adopt!

A private meet and greet with a pet can also be scheduled after an application is submitted.

More about this rescue

Friends of the Mustang Animal Shelter (FOMAS) is a non-profit organization formed in 2013 to support the programs of the shelter.

Our organization is run by volunteers who work to prevent euthanasia at our city's shelter by providing vet care and finding homes for each animal at the shelter that is not reclaimed by their owners. All of our volunteers are unpaid, and all donations go to the care of the animals.

For information about volunteer opportunities, visit our website or send us a PM. http://fomas.webs.com/get-involved
