Mack!

Mack is a big, handsome, friendly shepherd-mix male whose owner had to surrender him due to unforeseen circumstances. He's a little hesitant on first meeting, and seems to prefer women to men, but once he's over his initial shyness, he's a sweet, friendly, cuddly boy. He can be a little protective of his family, but does not get aggressive. Once he learns that everything is safe, he's back to being his friendly self. His former owner stated he does well with adults, children, other dogs and cats. We have not tested him with small children or with cats. He can be a little selective with other dogs. He has decent potty habits and is accustomed to being leash walked. He is crate-trained and does well during his foster family's absences from home.
