Meet Otis
Meet Otis! He’s a resident of Hopkington shelter where is he a staff favorite.
Otis is fun and friendly. He is a young boy and will need some training on leash walking. But Handsome Dan’s Rescue gave shelter staff some pointers and supplies and they have already gotten started helping him with his manners.
