Please don't judge the hair it's been a working progress and besides it's temporary right now plus it grows back luckily for me! Now that I got that out of the way I'm Rocky the friendliest labradoodle around. I will be 3 year's old on Labor Day and I have been told I'm quite the catch around here! I like taking walks and love to shadow my people. So far I have been good with other dog's. I am still a bit shy and scared I mean you did see my hair right! I am doing great in my kennel so far not having any accidents, and honestly I am just ready to get out of here already and into my new home. So if you like what you see and you want to help me get to my goal of having fabulous hair fill out an application so you can come meet me.

Once you submit an application online, it will be reviewed and our adoption coordinator will be in contact with you. This may take a couple days, especially with puppies, we tend to get more applications on puppies to sort through, so please be patient. Successful adoptions and placement of our animals is taken very seriously here at CCHS so, not every application will be approved.. We must make certain that each animal is placed in a home that best suits the needs of the animal and the needs of the family and home where the animal is being placed. As always, if you have another dog in the home, we do REQUIRE a meet and greet prior to final decisions being made by all parties involved. This has proven to be best for the animal and the potential adopters in attempts to prevent issues once getting your new pet into their fur-ever homes, as much as we love each and every one of them, we don’t want them to get returned.

Our animals come up to date on vaccines, microchipped and spayed/neutered, however, we always recommend taking any new pet to your primary veterinarian for a well check to get them established for routine care.

Please feel free to fill out your inquiry/application through the link provided in this ad or visit our website at columbianacountyhumanesociety.com and fill out the pre-adoption form there.
