Freida is a very sweet and affectionate girl. She would be happy to be a lap dog as she wants to be as close to her people as possible. She is dog friendly and enjoys running and wrestling. She has a lot of energy, but also loves to nap. She loves all of the people she has met and really loves children. An active family would be great for her or a home with other active dogs to play with to get her energy out. She is very smart and has picked up on commands quickly, as well as house training and crate training. She cannot wait to meet her furever family!
Freida is ten months old and weighs 42 pounds. We are not sure of her breed(s). We were told that she was a Pit Bull Terrier mix, but we don’t know which breeds. She looks like a perfect mixed breed.
If you are interested in adopting Freida please submit an inquiry directly with Greater Charlotte SPCA by visiting charlottespca.org/adopt.
***Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family is responsible for coming to Charlotte to complete a socially distanced meet and greet. All out of town applicants will also have to be willing to drive to Charlotte to meet/pick up the pet as soon as they are approved to adopt.***
