My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Isla is a 4-year, 35-pound Beagle mix, fully vaccinated, crate and house trained and looking for a home that will work with her.

Isla is a very affectionate dog toward her human but would rather be the only dog and be a homebody.  Isla is content staying at home lying on the couch or lounging outside, and even maybe going on a car ride, but if she not made to be social.

If you are interested in adopting Isla, please submit an inquiry directly with Greater Charlotte SPCA by visiting charlottespca.org/adopt.

***Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family is responsible for coming to Charlotte to complete a socially distanced meet and greet. All out of town applicants will also have to be willing to drive to Charlotte to meet/pick up the pet as soon as they are approved to adopt.***
