My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

All of our cats are current on vaccines, combo tested (FIV/FELV) , spayed/neutered, microchipped, given rabies vaccine as age appropriate, flea treatment and dewormer as needed

Birches, DOB 04/08/2022, is a reserved shy boy who needs time to warm up to the human(s) in his life. He enjoys being in the same room as his people and sleeping close to them but does not like being held. Birches loves to play and explore. He enjoys watching the outside world while lounging on his cat tree. Birches is very food motivated.

Birches would love to go to a forever home with his best friend Twiggy. Though she is not his biological sister you wouldn't know it by looking at them.

Dallas Cat Rescue, dba Cat Matchers is an all-volunteer 501c3 organization dedicated to reducing the number of homeless animals. We will accomplish this:

through programs to rescue, spay/neuter and adopt out animals in need.
by supporting spay/neuter programs to try and reduce the number of animals that are euthanized each year or left homeless.
The goal is to turn disposable animals into lifelong companions.
