Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Roscoe! This big guy is ready to find his forever home. Roscoe is currently spending some well deserved time in a foster home to get out of the hustle and bustle of shelter life. Roscoe's foster says he is a sweet and silly boy that absolutely loves going for nice long walks to sniff and explore. He was a little nervous when first going to his fosters home and new things around the house scared him. With a little time and patience the foster has helped him build confidence and overcome his fears. Once comfortable, Roscoe can show off his energetic and playful puppy side. He loves to play with plush squeaky toys and would like to have plenty of those around to play with, and also to help him calm down when he's gotten a little overly excited. This sweet guy enjoys snacking on yummy treats, playing with all sorts of toys, and hanging out with his favorite people. Due to Roscoe's nervousness in new situations, and playful energetic side once he is comfortable, he would do best in a home with older children. He is searching for a patient owner that can work with him as he transitions to a new environment and routine and give him time to accliamte. Roscoe lives with a senior dog and middle aged dog in his foster home and, while he is a little too much for the senior, has gotten along well with the other dog and she seems to help him navigate new situations. He may do best with social dog savvy dogs in the home to hep him burn off excess energy and show him fun new dog things! Does this fun guy sound like a good fit for you?
