Part of a bonded pair. What can I say about Stella, she’s like a cat. She’s very indifferent towards me most of the time. She is NOT a lap dog, nor does she like to be held. She does, however, come sit on my lap in the morning on the patio while I have my coffee and watch the critters and such. She will only share my chair in the winter if I have a blanket up there, then only for a little while.
Stella is much more spunky dog than Tobi. She’ll come up and start barking at you while you’re watching TV, just because. Her little butt will wiggle and she’ll jump around. She loves to play “keep away.” She will come bark at you, but if you go to pet her or pick her up, she’ll dart away and run around in circles. Stella LOVES to be chased around too.
Stella should take no time at all to adjust. I think Tobi will adjust quicker with Stella around, so that’s why I don’t want to split them up. Stella would be fine on her own, but she will definitely help Tobi feel better during this period.
