Behind this handsome mug and strong exterior, Einstein is a true gem. Surrendered by his owner, Einstein is seeking an empathetic Dog Whisperer who will give him the physical space to trust and grow.
His favorite past time is chasing squirrels and prancing around the yard with his toys. Einstein is food motivated and will take his treats gently. He’s not a cuddler, though loves having company close by.
Deep down this sweet boy is waiting to be loved and understood. With patience and dedication, this little guy will have the opportunity to become the confident dog he was meant to be. He’s best suited as the only child in his furever home with older hoomans and a fenced yard.

Rescue the Underdog is small group of volunteers working in the San Francisco Bay Area. We rescue dogs that would otherwise be euthanized in high kill Central Valley shelters and bring them to the Bay Area where they are placed in loving, lasting homes.
