Notes: Stumpy was a Bertie County dog who was in some trouble as the shelter was full but also his stitches became infected and opened. He desperately needed someone to step up to get some great vet care. Well thankfully we did and our friends at RIAC took him in that day and stayed after hours to fix him all up! We are so thankful!

Stumpy is a very quick learner. He knows basic commands with hand signals. He a wonderful guy

His fosters have made him feel very comfortable and he much enjoys the couch, his doggy friends, outdoor time and everyone he meets!
