Here's what the humans have to say about me:
NAME: Benji
Sex: MALE
Color/Pattern: brown Tabby white tuxedo
Size: med
Coat length: short
DOB approx: April 5, 2022
Description
Bemji is a pretty boy who will follow you around, and leans into your hand when you pet him.
Background
Benji was born to a litter of 8 kittens in a condo complex in Cypress, TX. His momma Lane (an orange & brown tabby calico) was a stray who was taken in by a young couple who lived there. Unfortunately, the rescuers did not get her fixed, so guess what happened? They took in another orange tabby stray tomcat named Boi Boi, and he fathered 2 litters of kittens with both Lane and his aunt Piper from Lane’s 1st litter! A whole bunch of orange tabby kittens, 12 in total, were born in March and April, 2022! Their finders broke up and had to give up the 4 adult cats and the 2 litters of kittens in order to move out : Lane, Piper, Boi Boi and companion Presto. Their owners moved out when he was still a baby kitten, and only came back a few days a week to feed them. The 4 adults are all amazingly sweet and friendly, and Benji takes after his momma like that.
Personality
Benji is one of the sweetest of all of the kittens in his extended family. He was the first in his litter to warm up, along with his cousin Gruss. He is known for perching in funny places to sleep. He inserts himself where affection is being given out, and butts his head in towards your hands. He is a quiet, polite, unassuming, submissive kitty, with a face to die for. He isn’t shy at all, but he doesn’t cause any trouble and isn’t demanding or in your face. He is easy going and gets along with everybody, well-socialized and calm.
