My name is Zsa Zsa! I came to Keller's Kats with a severe eye injury and had my eye removed. Now that I've healed and gotten rid of the dreaded cone of shame, I love snuggling with my foster mom and baking biscuits for her every morning. I have a beautiful purr and enjoy the heated blanket, looking out the window and staying in the quieter areas of the house. I have met the resident dog and the resident cats and I think I would thrive in a home where I can be the center of your attention. A calm, respectful dog should be okay as long as I have proper introductions and my own space and time with you. Before I arrived at Keller's Kats I was declawed, which is stressful for me as I can't defend myself, so I need an owner that is patient enough to learn my boundaries. Between this and having my eye removed, I have had a tough and scary adjustment to meeting the other cats in the home, so please no kitty friends and I need to have human siblings old enough to understand and respect my needs. I tend to hide and run away until I'm certain it's just me and my foster mom and then I'm a mush that loves to be brushed, snuggle for hours and sleep next to you at night. If you think you can meet my needs, please apply so we can begin my new life together DOB 03/01/2020 Keller's Kats Rescue Inc. is a registered 501c3 non-profit, volunteer run, no-kill rescue group that provides foster homes for homeless, abused or abandoned animals facing euthanasia.
