Adoptions are scheduled by appointment only after an application has been filled out. If you want to adopt, please download an adoption application from our website TORescue.org, and submit it to us. Please do not visit any shelters or rescue groups before coming to ours. We do this to keep our animals healthy and prevent diseases from entering our rescue.
Meet Sunny. She was surrendered to our rescue so she could be adopted. She is six years old and a Mississippi map turtle. She’s very healthy, can grow up to 10 inches, and can live 30+ years. Our rescue is now caring for her. The adoption fee is $45, which goes back to saving more animals from hoarding situations, dumps, abandonment, or neglect. All adoption fees are 100% tax-deductible.
