Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Anyone up for a walk? Want to play tug of war with my rubber bone? Want to throw my bone for me to chase? Want to go for a swim? Or do you just want to chill out together and snuggle? I'm Bunnie, and I love ALL of that stuff!
I'm a 3.5 year old lab mix, and I'm looking for my furever home. I have a huge heart, an amazing personality., and great manners....the doggie trifecta! I LOVE my people and grow very attached to them. I like to be where they are, and love it when they show me how much they love me. My current family says I'm a goofball and super smart, as I pick up new things quickly and respond to any interaction with my extreme cuteness. And I am very well mannered. I know to go to the bathroom only outside, I am fine in my crate, I don't chew on stuff I shouldn't chew on, and I listen to my people (most of the time). They say I'm the real deal!
I love to run and play outside. I definitely need a fenced yard, and if you happen to have a pool, a pond, or a creek... that would be amazing as I LOVE taking a dip whenever I can. I will be great with a family with kids. I can be a little pickier about my dog friends, and full disclosure, I don't like cats. Just don't like 'em.
If you are looking for a sweet, beautiful, fun, curious, energetic life mate to love and to be loved by, then lets meet and sniff each other out!
Thank you for your interest in one of our Hero Babies! Before inquiring, we thought it was important to share a few of our policies.
Your Current Pets - We do require that your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered.
Adoptions - We do not have a shelter and are a foster-home based organization. We do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org/adopt. Once your application is approved it will be sent to the foster family that is currently caring for the dog. They will be able to provide information on likes, dislikes, personality, etc. They will also schedule a time for you to meet the dog. We do require a home visit prior to adoption.
Inquiries - If you would like more information on any dogs in the rescue, please email us at info@herorescue.org.
