Happy 48th anniversary to Homeward Bound Pets Humane Society!!!! We have proudly served Yamhill County and numerous other counties to find placement for homeless, stray, abandoned and owner surrendered animals. We wanted to celebrate our anniversary with a special offer. All dogs and cats over 6 months of age will have an adoption fee of $48.00 from July 13th-August 31st.
Our adoption procedure will still be the following below:
*** You don't need an appointment to visit our cats, here is what you need to know:
1. Cats are avaible to visit Thursday-Saturday 10am-3:30pm.
2. Proof of home ownership must be brought with you, i.e a mortgage statement or property tax or home owners insurance
3. If you are a renter, you must have a letter from your landlord stating you can have a cat, pet policy and or pet agreement are not sufficient.
4. Debit/Credit or cash for adoption
5. Cat carrier, we have card board ones for $5
6. You can place a hold on a cat, due to people not returning we will be charging $25 to hold, this will be taken off your adoption fee.
Meet Natalie, (named after the GS that saved her and her babies), she is approx 2yrs old, spayed female. Natalie was found with her very sick babies and brought to our shelter. Natalie was not producing enough milk and was very stressed trying to care for her sick little ones, so we separated them. Her babies are now over 3mth olds and doing well, they are also up for adoption Katara and Sokka. Natalie has been very sweet since she came in, she loves getting affection and would love a home where she can bird and squirrel watch!!
Adoption fee $48: This includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccines, microchip, dewormer, flea treatment and a 1 pound bag of food they are currently on.
