Penny is a sweet brown tabby who came to us with her brother after they were found in a local neighborhood. She is on the shy side, but has started to become more social after being placed in our free-roam cat room. She is waiting to meet the perfect person to take her home and be her best friend! We recommend that Penny go to a family that already has cats, or she can be adopted alongside her brother, Pete.
