Our sole purpose is to find the best possible home for the dogs that fall under our care. Please be patient our rescue consists of all volunteers.
ATTENTION.. The adoption donation we have for each dog allows us to continue to save their lives. Without the adoption donation we could not continue to save lives. The expense of running an animal rescue is astronomical. Our rescue gets very little donations and we are not federally funded like shelters. We get every dog spayed or neutered, dentals and blood work if needed, all shots including rabies dapp, bordatella, microchip, dewormed, heartworm tested, up to date on heartworm/flea preventatives, vet exam, medical care including surgeries plus emergency care.. All adoptions also include dog food, harness, leash, 30 days health insurance, lifetime training tips and low cost cage free boarding based on availability.

We are now accepting applications on Star. Star came to our rescue after we received a plea from a county shelter. He was very scared after his owner could not take care of him anymore. Once Star decompresses he loves you and is your shadow. Star will thrive in the right home. We are looking for that perfect home. Star is a young very cute typical 2 year old tri color male neutered chihuahua mix. Star weighs 8 lbs and is up to date on all shots including bordatella and microchipped! Star is a really sweet little dog and is very loving once he is trusts you. We are looking for that perfect owner for Star.

PLEASE READ from foster dad..The first 5 days I let Star totally decompress. The sixth day I got kisses! He is a typical chihuahua loving, loyal but also protective just like most chihuahuas. I am an alpha type owner and very experienced, Star needs that type of owner. My household is a quiet home, large yard with 2 small dogs and 2 cats. Star loves them all. He runs and plays with my other 2 small doxy mixes. He is a very happy, active, loving and beautiful dog. The perfect match for Star would be an experienced dog owner and someone with patience. Sorry no children under 13. Are you the one for Star?
