Denver is a big, young, gorgeous, outgoing boy. Denver is a WONDERFUL and happy guy!!! He loves women and is very good with kids. He previously lived with dogs and cats too! He's playful and big, so he'd be perfect for a farm or fenced yard where we can have fun and romp! He sits on command, listens well and loves going on walks. He is a perfect gentleman when getting brushed or bathed and has a thick beautiful coat to prove it! We are not sure of his breed, but think maybe Lab/German Shepherd/Newfoundland/Bernese Mountain dog????
Denver has had a difficult time finding his forever home because he seems to have issues with some men. But not all men. It's a bit baffling. He does better with men he meets who are slow, patient and clam. We think that he may have been abused by a man as a young pup, but of course, we don't know for sure. Therefore, he will do best with an experienced adopter who understands herding/loyal breeds and will help Denver gain confidence, feel safe, and learn impulse control. Could that be you????
