Arlo is a silly doggie who loves to smile at everyone he meets. He is really great with kids and adults. He does well with other dogs especially if they are young and playful like he is. He loves car rides. He enjoys fetch and hugs and kisses. Like most dogs, he also really enjoys belly rubs.

PCHS is a volunteer organization created in 2005 to stop the euthanasia of unclaimed animals at the local pound.
Our shelter facility opened it's doors August 4th, 2011.

Our mission is to prevent suffering, neglect, abuse and cruelty to animals through community awareness and education, promoting responsible pet ownership and ending the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable animals in Pawnee County, Kansas. Since 2005, we have helped over 2,000 lost, stray, dumped, or relinquished animals to find loving homes.
