My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

This handsome fellow is Willis aka William!  He is a young dog, just under a year old.  He was literally saved 10 minutes away from being euthanized in a shelter in Texas. We are glad he was! Willis is a big boy - about 70 pounds!

Willis may be big but he is a big LOVE!  He is affectionate and gentle and a bit of a clutz! Willis enjoys running around in the yard, playing with his foster sisters.  He is just as happy to curl up by his foster mom's feet while she works.  He loves to chew on cow hooves and Nylabone like toys! Willis is good with other dogs but does do better with larger dogs so he can play more.  He is good with cats too - just curious.  The cats in his foster home are very tolerant of curious dogs and they don't budge an inch when approached with a wagging tail and cold nose.

Willis is leash trained and likes to go for walks!  He is a friendly fellow so he wants to say to everyone he meets.  He is crate trained too and goes in without any issues and is rewarded with a treat.  He loves his treats!  Willis will bark in the morning when he is ready to start his day.  He has a big bark so if you want people to know you have a dog - he will!  Will is housetrained too.  He is a squatter too and does not mark.  He normally does all his business in the same spot.  He is a smart dog that is eager to please.  This big teddy bear just wants to make you happy and get rewarded with lots of love.

Willis is neutered, up to date with vaccines, microchipped and tested neg. for heartworm.  His adoption fee is $350
