Meet Popeye. This sweet boy was rescued from the shelter and has been nothing short of being one of the sweetest dogs at the rescue.

Popeye had glaucoma in one eye and had partial vision in his other eye so he is a little shy getting around in a new environment but once he’s familiar and used to you, he gets along fine, and has nothing but love to show to everyone. He gets along with all the dogs at His fosters but he’d much rather be held and loved on by humans.
He is the ultimate lapdog and his ideal home would be quiet and easy going (like him) where he has a spot to snuggle up next to you
