Here's what the humans have to say about me:
What' s black and white, filled with greatness, and everybody's favorite? It's Oreo - but we are not talking about cookies! We are talking about one of our shelter residents commonly known as Oreo! Oreo was in a home for about 2.5 years and was returned due to no fault of his own. Oreo is about 7 years old and would really like to get back to the home life.
Oreo is in training and the volunteers are helping him adjust again to being in the kennel. He is very smart and responding to his team. He has been a highlight of our volunteer's day and is always keeping us entertained. He has a blast romping in the play yard- playing fetch, tug, and performing tricks.
Look no further for your adventure partner, co-pilot, snuggle buddy, and partner in crime. This guy knows how to make the best out of any event!
- Car Rides? Yes, please!
- Kiddos? Loves them!
- Vet Trips? Why not!
- Hiking? He's ready!
- Meeting new people? Let's go!
- Training games? Absolutely - and he comes with a paid trainer!
The only thing Oreo is not fond of is other dogs or cats. While he has learned that he doesn't have to be reactive to all, there are still some that he just doesn't like. Oreo is asking for a family where he can be the only pet. No worries though, this guy is enough puppy sunshine to fill up your entire house and life!
Neutered, micro-chipped, and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives Oreo is all set to get adjusted in his forever home. He walks well on a leash, is house trained, and crate trained. To set up a time to meet this happy boy, email us at adopt@crcpa.org!
