Gracie is and always will be a cautious girl. What does that mean? It means that Gracie needs to be 100% sure of her environment before she shows you what a great girl she is. Gracie loves her gentle human friends and craves someone to call her very own. Gracie recently went into foster at a volunteer's home and is quickly showing what an amazing girl she is. She is loving and funny and enjoys playing with her little toy mouse. Looking out the windows and watching birds, bunnies and squirrels is the best thing ever! Gracie would love to meet you.

Adopters can meet our animals 7 days per week at our Sayreville, NJ facility. All adopters are asked to fill out an adoption application survey to find their perfect match. Surveys can be filled out in person at the shelter, or through our online form. All pets are spayed/neutered and receive age-appropriate vaccinations before going home. Adoption fees are $125 for cats and $250 for dogs.

We are located directly adjacent to the Sayrebrook Animal Hospital. Our hours of operation are:

Mon through Fri - 4:30PM to 7PM
Sat and Sun - 11AM to 4PM

Sammy's Hope Animal Welfare & Adoption Center is privately-operated animal shelter, staffed and supported by volunteers, that helps care for and find Forever Homes for homeless animals. We work with local NJ municipal animal shelters to help alleviate their overcrowding and find homeless pets their Forever Families.

Sammy's Hope is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization. All donations are tax deductible under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Thank you!
