See this cute guy? You’ll fall in love with him in a flash! Flash is an 8-year old, 42-pound Beagle/Jack Russell Terrier who is calm, sweet, easy-going, and just wants to be by your side.
Affectionate to the max, being pet all over is Flash’s idea of ecstasy. He will position his head under your hand to tell you he’d like some lovin’ and then he’ll nudge you to keep caressing him if you stop. An ideal work-from-home buddy, Flash loves to share space serenely with people…often snoozing, rarely barking, and always well-behaved.
Flash is 100% housebroken and is a big fan of leisurely strolls through the neighborhood. When he needs to go out, he will either sniff or tap the front door to let you know it’s time. He is respectful on a leash and is lovely during dog encounters along the way.
Friendly toward everyone, Flash gets along well with humans of all ages as well as other canines. He will gently play with other dogs, providing their energy levels are more or less compatible. He lovvvves his food and treats, but not in a possessive sort of way. If you need to take something away from him, he never objects. He will sit if you ask him to do so, and he definitely knows his name.
Flash doesn’t seem to like trains very much, but he travels like a champ in a car. He has a curious nature and enjoys fresh air, sniffing new aromas, and visiting the area parks. His tail wags adorably when he sees his favorite things…yummy treats, his people when they re-enter the room, or a human hand about to give him a belly rub! What a delightful dude Flash is!
