Meet this sweet boy Carter. He is about 4 years old. Carter was an owner surrender. He came with his pal Rachel 04/06. He has been neutered and combo tested, and he is FIV+. Carter will be microchipped when adopted. He is waiting with Rachel in cage 604. ID 643709
