Move over McDonalds. We’ve got the cutest Nugget you’ve ever seen!
Nugget makes the best little buddy in a pup pack. Sticks and toys are high up on his favorites lists. He’s a shy homebody who adores the company of his foster family.
A patient and empathetic adopter is highly encouraged. Nugget needs time to warm up and learn to be the confident boy he is meant to be.
This sweet pupper is currently working on feeling safe with hooman touch. He’ll be most successful in a furever home with a doggy sibling who shows Nugget the ropes.

Rescue the Underdog is small group of volunteers working in the San Francisco Bay Area. We rescue dogs that would otherwise be euthanized in high kill Central Valley shelters and bring them to the Bay Area where they are placed in loving, lasting homes.
