I came to the shelter as an injured stray. Right now, I am working on healing but none the less that isn`t going to stop me from finding my forever family! I do need to be kept relatively calm since I am still healing from my injuries. Since I did come to the shelter as a stray it is unknown how I would do with dogs, cats or kids. The cool thing about that is the shelter here offers a 14-day trial period called Cuddle Before You Commit to ensure that I am the right fit for you. Please remember slow introductions are always best to set me up for success.**Please apply on our website at indy.gov/activity/adopt-a-pet. Go to the website, click on the adoption application link, enter the information and hit submit. Once you have submitted your application please visit the shelter to speak with a member of our adoption staff. You can include multiple animals you are interested in on one application.
