My name is Jabar and I’m looking for love in all the right places!
Some folks at the vets office took a look at my smile and told me that I am 11 years old . . . but I haven't had the chance to be a dog and play with toys and go on walks so by body may be "older" but my heart is finally just coming to life!
That's because, UNTIL NOW i was chained up in a back yard with nobody to care about me. Through all the seasons, even the harsh winters, I was ignored and lonely. But now I am allowed inside and people tell me I'm the bestest boy and they tell me they LOVE me. I don't know what this LOVE thing is...but it feels so right I don't really need to define it any further. I just love being loved by someone.
I am so grateful for these people that put an end to my loneliness and didn't just look away and say it wasn't their problem. They are gonna help me find a loving family and a safe comfortable home with a bed, and food, and water and toys and walks and pets and belly rubs and all the good things.
I've been around some dogs in my foster home and adventures and I'm good with all of them that are good with me!
