Meet Buddy. His friends call him "Honey Bunch" and this chunky little boy and his best friend Navy (aka "Baby Girl") are looking for a new home together. Their elderly owner took very good care of them and was very sad she had to move to an assisted living facility and could not take them. Buddy is the more outgoing of the pair and Navy seems to be the follower. Buddy & Navy are house trained and both gets along with cats and other dogs! Buddy is a chunky 29 pounds and can use a diet and exercise to get down to a healthier 20-23 pounds. Navy is about 50 pounds. Buddy & Navy are about 3 years old. Please help the gentle Buddy and sweet Navy find their forever home.
We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821).
Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes.

Buddy & Navy adoption fee for both is $500. This also covers all age-appropriate shots, spay/neuter, vetting & microchipping.
**If you are coming to an adoption event to see a certain dog/cat, please email ahead of time to make sure that dog/cat will be there that day. Please email 1-2 days before the event, as some animals are placed during the week and our list is constantly changing.
