PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE YOU RESPOND.
It is a long read and a long adoption process. Please understand we are ensuring that our babies go to great homes and we don't know you personally (yet). Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life.
BRITANNIA and her siblings were living in a tough area in Hemet, California. These poor babies were living in someone's yard in the heat. Needless to say, the rescue mama set course the next day to pick them all up.
BRITANNIA was adopted and we thought she had found her happily after. Well, we received a call from the shelter that she was found as a stray miles away from her home. She was adopted 3 years ago. We reached out to the adopter and never got a response. So she is back with us.
BRITANNIA loves to be petted. She can be shy at first. When you pick her up, she will stay still and allow pets. You can see in her sweet little face that she just wants to be loved. She needs a real family that will love her like their own family member.
Please note: She will not adjust in one week or even in one month. If you can't love her just the shy way she is, please don't apply. She has been through abandonment and we don't know how long she has been abandoned. She is still very sweet. And she has made a lot of progress. She is a very sweet girl.

ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. Go to Workinwhiskers.com (Click on ADOPT)
2. Fill Out Online Form
3. Submit Online Application
4. Someone Will Call / Text to Do Phone Interview
5. Will be notified of Approved Application
6. Home Visit (WILL BE SCHEDULED)
7. Official Meet and Greet with Kitty
8. Sign Adoption Contract
9. Pay Adoption Fee (VENMO - ZELLE - PAYPAL or CASH)
10. Take the Kitty Home

AUGUST 2023: VOLUNTEERS are the only ones allowed to let you meet the kitty. Not PETSMART employees.
Volunteers are usually at PetSmart between 9 am to 1 pm for cleaning. The cats currently at PETSMART you are allowed to go visit. A good time to come visit is between 4 pm - 9 pm. Volunteers in the evening are only there in the evening for 3 hours. Please call the PetSmart location or visit the cattery for VISITING HOURS. Most days are different 3 hour shifts. VISITING HOURS are based on volunteer availability.
The kitties at a foster/rescue homes, we will accommodate as much as possible. But steps 1-6 of the ADOPTION PROCESS need to be done before we do OFFICIAL MEET & GREETS. It is easier to do the meet and greets at the locations listed below.

The crazy rescue mama will drive kitties to their new home, meet & greets, etc...once the adoption interview and home check have been done.. Gas donations always appreciated!

If the CAT/KITTEN is still listed (meaning here or other websites) they are still available. It does not mean they don't have other pending applications or meet and greets.
Please note: Just because you fill out an application and are approved does not obligate you to adopt the cat/kitten. If he or she is not a fit...we have plenty of other cats / kittens available for adoption.
We are a SMALL rescue based out of Hemet, California. We are all volunteers that run the rescue. If we haven't reached out....be patient.

We are NOT a government FUNDED shelter and all our donations and adoption fees are for our rescued cats/kittens. So, we do not do DISCOUNTS.
