Meet Maya! This cutie is a 1 year old Basenji / Pittie mix. She's a medium sized pup and weighs 42 lbs, making her a great compact girl with a big dog personality. She has a medium/high energy level and loves to play and go out on walks. She's a great hiking buddy and loves to spend time outdoors, and she's ultra playful! She also gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes, and she's got a very mellow personality. Her tail is always wagging, and she always has a bright and happy expression on her face. She's ready to meet you!!
If you are not located near our rescue or if the drive is a problem for you, please still apply, as we bring animals out to as far as San Diego in order to bring them to their forever homes. Currently, we are driving animals far out on an as-needed basis!
