My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Dolly

Dolly is a female German Shepherd mix, who is 4 to 5 years old. She is a gentle dog, who loves attention. She arrived at Saving Paws Rescue AZ seriously hurt, after being hit by a car. She had multiple injuries, with the most serious being a broken jaw and damage to a hind leg. It took some time before she was able to stand and begin to walk. Her activities were restricted for several weeks, to give her injuries time to mend – as she began to feel better.
Dolly has made a remarkable recovery and is now ready for a forever home. She would probably enjoy being the only dog in her new home and would thrive with all the attention. She could possibly go to a home with another dog, with the proper introduction.
Dolly is fearful of traffic, which is understandable; but volunteers at the rescue are working with her to help her overcome that fear. She is housebroken.

If you can give Dolly an indoor forever home, please fill out our online application on our website - www.savingpawsrescueaz.org. We will only schedule meet and greets with an approved application.

We are an all-volunteer organization. We ask for your patience, as It may take a couple of days to process your application and complete reference checks.

Thank you for your interest in saving the life of a dog.
