Roscoe is truly a good boy - ask any of the volunteers at our shelter! We all love him like crazy! He is friendly, playful, loving and wants to please! He wants nothing more than a human of his own he can hug, spend time with and teach to play his many hilarious games with toys. He is well mannered, healthy as can be, and has never had an accident in his kennel. Roscoe deserves the best possible home - can you give that to him? We are located about an hour from Tyler, TX and can help with transportation to allow you to meet this wonderful boy.
