Say hello to sweet, beautiful Dakota! Dakota is five years old and would be suited for a calm environment where she can be given the time and space to warm up and settle in. Once she comes out of her shell, Dakota is an energetic, engaging girl who loves to play with toys!
Her purrfect home would be with a family with a few adults to lavish her with affection -- she is a lap cat and a cuddler! However, we do NOT recommend homes with young children or timid / nervous pets. Dakota is an assertive boss kitty who may become possessive of her human, and is sure to dominate the household. That said, she gets along fine with other strong, self-assured cats.

We only adopt out spayed/neutered cats or if kittens we make the arrangements when they are old enough and we will take them to the vet clinic instead of the owner.

Cat Busters Animal Rescue (CBAR) was established in May 1, 2004 and became a Registered Charity in October 2007 (Registered Charitable No. 80519 5757 RR0001). Relying on our network of foster homes and volunteers, we work in Toronto to rescue, rehabilitate, foster and re-home companion animals. We are also involved with the Trap/Neuter or Spay/Release (TNR) of feral cats in maintained colonies.
