My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Sandy came to us from the Galveston County Shelter where she was found wandering on the beach.  She was lucky to find a safe place to land.  We brought her to the Texas Hill Country so she could experience a country way of life.  She is a little shy until she knows you, then this country girl will be all over you wanting to go to the dance.  She does like to climb fences and see what the world has to offer, so she really needs a privacy fence or supervision when outside. If you want a sweet thing to keep you company, this is your gal.  To apply for Sandy, go to www.adoggie4you.org.  Her adoption fee is $300 and she weighs 20 pounds.

This dog is currently in Texas; however, it can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cin c innati, Lexington KY,     or all along the East Coast. If transported, there is an additional transport fee of $225   . We do not transport to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to their regulations.

Additional adoption info

Adoption application is required. Applications are checked by contacting references and veterinarians of those with pets to ensure our pups go to the best homes possible. A picture of your home or yard may be requested

All dogs and puppies are fully vetted prior to adoption (spay/neuter, rabies, 3 DHPP, bordetella, heartworm test/treat if positive) and are micro-chipped.

Our fees start at $200, transport out of Texas is arranged by us and is generally an additional $200.
We work hard to place dogs into the right families, but sometimes we realize the fit isn't quite working out for the adopter or the pet. Our contract requires if an adoption does not work out the dog is to be returned to us. We need at least two weeks notice.

Go meet their pets

Our dogs are posted on our website. Generally they live at our facility located on a beautiful 100 acre ranch in Texas. We work to correct poor behaviors, teach manners and observe each dog. We pride ourselves in providing a complete and honest evaluation of each dog to ensure the best possible placement for both the dog and the adopter. We welcome your visit to our facility in Texas.
