Not Available until mid to late May - We have a home in the works and will update and start taking applications if it doesn't work out. Please be patient as we work to get his needs addressed. We will update if there are any changes on this dog needing a forever home.
Meet Tyson, a tri-colored cocker spaniel boy, 8 years and 5 months old. He is a retired breeder dog looking forward to learning how to play and hang out with humans. He came to rescue as a nervous, scared cocker boy with little to no love or attention from his owner. He is heartworm negative, will be neutered, has an ear infection, needs a dental and possibly dry eye. When he is ready for a forever home his name must remain as Tyson.
He is a sweet boy and is starting to perk up a little. He is a bit nervous and slow warming up to you. He will need a safe, secure fenced yard. He can be with older teen children and will do best with a patient owner who will help him to blossom and thrive. He has had no leash training and will need your patience to learn what is expected, plus house training. He is not aggressive, just scared and insecure.
His adoption fee will be $400 when he is done with all vet care needs.
Your patience is appreciated.
