Please note that she is at Sassy Cat Club Cafe in Brandon. In order to adopt her, you will need to fill out an application from our website and be approved. Once you are approved, you will need to go to Sassy Cat Club Cafe for the meet and greet process.

Are you looking for a low maintenance adult cat perfect for an adult home? Mavis is your gal! Although Mavis comes with her own set of rules that her new mom and dad will, no doubt, enjoy taking the time to learn and have patience with, Mavis shows love and affection in her own way. Mavis loves to sit in laps and make biscuits until she gets comfy and curls up, but insists that you don't bother petting her while she enjoys that comfort. She waits for a kiss on her head when I come through the door in the morning and allows a light hug before I leave for the day. She also gets the zoomies which is hysterical to watch. But, in my opinion, the cutest thing she does is sleep flat on her face. You can visit Mavis at Sassy Cat Club Cafe but please keep in mind, she is a cat that might take a little time to let you get touchy feely with her.

A Kitten Place is a volunteer based animal rescue in the Tampa Bay area providing foster care, which includes quality veterinary care, socialization and adoption placement to homeless and needy kitten and cats in the community. We are dedicated to not only finding homes for the adoptable cat and kittens, but also providing TNVR services when needed.
