My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kylie is a sweet 3-year-old tabby cat. She is a very cool kitty who loves to be adjacent to her humans. While she prefers to have 4 paws on the ground, she will cuddle up next to you for a cat nap or to indulge in some gentle pets while you enjoy your favorite TV show. She loves to be pet on her shoulder blades. Kylie’s favorite pastime is sitting in a sunny windowsill and watching all that nature has to offer. She also enjoys curling up next to a warm laptop or on a soft blanket, wherever that soft blanket may be. She can be a bit timid at first but is curious about her surroundings and adores humans. While she mostly enjoys loafing and watching the world go by, Kylie will sometimes play for a bit – thoroughly enjoying a new catnip kicker (video in profile) and occasionally batting at a wand toy. She has been known to climb bookshelves and curtains but is uninterested in the cat tree. However, she does appreciate her stand-alone scratching post. Kylie gets stressed by other cats and dogs in the home, so she would need to be the only pet in the household. Kylie is also on a special prescription diet due to urinary tract infections – we think they were caused by the stress of living with other animals. She has been with her foster family for 6 months and has had no medical issues. It’s possible in a relaxing environment, she could even come off the special diet. She eats and uses the litterbox well. She will make a wonderful companion for a quiet home where someone is around most of the time!

It’s worth noting that Kylie is on a special diet due to urinary tract infections. It’s possible that these issues may be related to stress, so a calm and stress-free environment would be beneficial for her overall well-being.

If you’re interested in adopting Kylie, please ensure that you can provide her with the attention and care she needs as an only cat, along with maintaining her special diet.
