My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cher (also known as Cher Bear by her friends), is an elegant young girl with a soft and silky coat. Her markings on one side are in the shape of a heart and she has a heart shaped beauty mark to match. It’s a sign of her loving soul. She is on they shy side at first but once she knows you, she enjoys being held and pet and even brushed. She'd like a calm environment that will give her time to gain trust, but once she trusts you, we promise she will become your absolute best friend. She loves to snuggle up in blankets and fit herself in the smallest spot she can (she is an avid practitioner of “if I fit, I sit”). She also likes lounging on her cat trees. She gets along well with the other foster cats in her home but would also do okay as an only cat. Cher is looking for her perfect forever family. Might that be with you?

Additional adoption info

We understand the One Love application process may seem tedious, but, most One Love animals have been rescued from traumatic situations or have faced severe health issues. All of them have needed much love and attention from the One Love team to get them where they are today, ready for adoption! They have all been cared for in our foster homes where our team of volunteers works one on one with each animal to ensure they become happy, healthy and comfortable. We care very much for each and every animal that comes through our doors and we do everything we can to make sure they find homes that are the best possible match for their unique personalities.
