Here's what the humans have to say about me:
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PHYSICALLY HANDLE (to include carrying if needed) THIS DOG. OUR DOGS WILL NOT BE ADOPTED INTO A HOME THAT CANNOT MAKE THEM A PRIORITY.
Hoover is a year old, 13lbs JRT mix.. He was hit by a car on 3/31 and sat in the shelter with no orthopedic intervention for his broken pelvis and leg till 4/18, he’s had his FHO surgery and healing beautifully.
His foster says. "He’s easy. Opening up more and more. He’s getting brave…. Running after the cat to play. He listens very well.
I’ve introduced toys to engage but he’s more interested in watching my other dog with a ball.
He believes he’s a watch dog (barks if he hears something outside). He responds to command quiet. He easily responded to command 'no'
He’s just sweet. He def will be a snuggle buggle with his furever hooman!!! He loves the bed and can’t get close enough. He’s just tooo cute!!!.
Hoover may need some time when it comes to men. There's no rhyme or reason to it, but he prefers some men to others with no obvious differences be it height, shape or skin tone".
