My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

BARC welcomes Moose to rescue!! This beautiful male Australian Cattle Dog/Walker Hound mix was pulled from a high kill shelter when his human never came to claim him. He is 1-2 years old, fully vetted, He is heartworm negative and on prevention. Moose is crate trained, working on house training. He is dog friendly, no cats or livestock. He is very smart, knows basic commands, walks well on a leash, Moose would be a wonderful addition to any active family, and would be suitable for older children. Moose will need a fenced yard for safe play. To make this wonderful boy part of your family, apply at brantleyanimalrescuecoalition.com

More about this rescue

BARC is a non profit rescue serving Brantley County Georgia and the surrounding areas. Our purpose is to assist in the care and rehoming of homeless companion animals who have been abandoned or discarded. We also aim to educate the public on the importance of proper pet care and sterilization so that unwanted litters will not continue to contribute to the problem of homeless pets.
