Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sweet Brownie is a huge favorite of the kennel staff and volunteers!! He is happy go lucky, always smiling, adorable and super affectionate. He gets along with other dogs, knows sit and is a perfect sized pup! We all love him so much❤️ Brownie spent a good part of his life tied up in the backyard but luckily he is now free to learn all the good things in life. He is very curious about new things much like a kid. He would probably love a family with older kids or adults to learn to play and run around just having fun or going on walks to see new things. We do not know what he thinks about cats. Brownie is about 1.5 years old and a little on the chunky side at 30 pounds. Please help Brownie find the loving home he deserves.
We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821).
Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes.

Brownie's adoption fee is $375. This also covers all age-appropriate shots, spay/neuter, vetting & microchipping.
**If you are coming to an adoption event to see a certain dog/cat, please email ahead of time to make sure that dog/cat will be there that day. Please email 1-2 days before the event, as some animals are placed during the week and our list is constantly changing.
