Penelope was dumped at a Military base, picked up by animal control and Maltese Rescue California rescued her! She has been in foster care and her foster mom describes her as a complete delight! She is loving and cuddles close and often. Penelope is 7lbs and 11 years old. She is current on her vaccinations and recently had a dental cleaning. Penelope is very smart and gets along well with other dogs. She is curious and loves to be outside enjoying the sunshine. She travels well in the car, so she’ll make a great road dawg.
